Lakepark

A full-scale residential rebuild located in one of Birmingham’s established neighborhoods, built by Mosher Dolan with interiors by Callie Rippolone Design, in collaboration with Amanda Fisher Designs. Originally built in 1952, this residence was taken down to the studs to allow for a comprehensive redesign of the interior, while thoughtfully preserving the original basement structure. Project completion is anticipated for spring 2026.
