A full custom waterfront residence thoughtfully designed and built on Torch Lake, this project elevates lakeside living with intentional spatial planning and refined materiality. Situated in the Central Lake community, the home is oriented to take advantage of its scenic location on one of Michigan’s most coveted lakeside settings. In progress photos below.
